GIVING PEOPLE A NEW BEGINNING
WALITA BEARD
Thank you for sharing your inspiring story, Walita!
What a difference 3 years makes. Prior to my gastric bypass I was short of breath with very little exertion. I had high blood pressure and constant low back pain.
Fast forward 3 years and I am no longer short of breath or suffer from back pain. My blood pressure is normal with no medications. I have run several 5K races and placed first in my age group. I am a have a normal BMI and am not embarrassed to step on a scale.
My quality of life is so much better. I enjoy buying clothes that aren’t plus sizes. Exercise has become a very important part of my life and I look forward to being and staying healthy
Thank you Dr Sandborn and your staff for being there with me through my incredible journey
Wow, Judith! Thank you for sharing your inspiring story and congratulations on all of your hard work.
