Academic Urologists will host a free information session specifically on male urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction on Tuesday, May 12 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Erlanger East.
As many as 30 million men in the United States experience incontinence and/or erectile dysfunction. Many cases go undiagnosed or are not even discussed with physicians due to men being uncomfortable discussing their health concerns. Straight Talk about Men’s Health will allow men to hear about these common medical conditions and learn what advancements are available for treatments such as minimally-invasive solutions to regain intimacy and restore control.
Dr. Anand Shridharani, specialist with Erlanger’s Academic Urologists, will be the guest speaker. His clinical interests include erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, penile prostheses, and ejaculatory disorders. Dr. Shridharani is an expert in the medical and surgical treatment of these conditions and offers patients innovative, minimally-invasive solutions to the condition of erectile dysfunction. He is a member of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, the International Society for Sexual Medicine, American Society of Andrology, and the American Urologic Association.
The seminar is free and pre-registration is strongly encouraged. To reserve a seat, please call (866) 233-9368. Erlanger East is located 1751 Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga, Tenn.
