LeAnn Swetmon is Erlanger’s 2014 Employee of the Year

Congratulations to LeAnn Swetmon, our Gold Class Employee of the Year for 2014. You, our employees, voted for LeAnn and selected her as the yearly winner from a ballot of all our monthly GEMs for 2014. At a recent celebration with the entire Case Management team, LeAnn, second from right, received a certificate and gift card from (left to right) Dr. Alan Kohrt, Kevin M. Spiegel, and Britt Tabor. Here is LeAnn’s winning story:

“After working a full day shift, LeAnn willingly and graciously stayed overnight with an abused patient that did not have a sitter. LeAnn allowed the child to fall asleep on her chest all night as she cradled the child in bed. She then showered and worked her next shift. She provided great support and care for this scared and lonely child.”

The entire Case Management team turned out to celebrate the announcement of
LeAnn Swetmon as the 2014 Employee of the Year.
