Two LIFE FORCE Flight Nurses earn executive designation

Two Erlanger LIFE FORCE clinical base managers and flight nurses, Troy Holder and Shane Noe, have received the highly regarded designation of Certified Medical Transport Executive (CMTE) by the Association of Air Medical Services.

Holder and Noe join two other Erlanger LIFE FORCE crew members and approximately 300 other individuals world-wide who have earned CMTE status.

To be eligible for this certification, applicants must participate in a rigorous educational program over the course of two years, pass a comprehensive written examination and satisfactorily complete a team project related to a timely industry challenge. By attaining this designation, Holder and Noe have demonstrated skills in leadership and expertise in critical care transport management.
