Erlanger Health System Announces the Opening of Erlanger at Volkswagen Drive Wellness Center

Officials with the Erlanger Health System announced the opening of Erlanger at Volkswagen Drive Wellness Center, located at 7380 Volkswagen Drive, Suite 110, inside the Enterprise South Industrial Park. Dr. Susan L. Rapp, family medicine physician and certified nurse practitioner, Noel Lawson, are now accepting patients from Volkswagen partners, as well as from the surrounding community.

Dr. Rapp and Noel Lawson look forward to helping area residents by providing a new model of care … one specifically designed to optimize their patients’ health and support their ongoing efforts to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Services include yearly exams, preventive education, episodic illness care, and disease specific management. Erlanger at Volkswagen Drive also serves as a gateway to Erlanger’s integrated system which offers a full-spectrum of resources including adults and pediatric subspecialists, inpatient services, trauma care and emergency services, to name a few.

Dr. Rapp, board-certified in family medicine, earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine, and completed her residency at the University of California, Davis Medical Center, in Sacramento, California. Prior to joining Erlanger, Dr. Rapp was a family medicine physician with Kaiser-Permanente in Walnut Creek, California, where she also served as co-chairperson for the diagnostic imaging utilization management committee and as a physician ambassador where she championed the philosophy and mission of Kaiser-Permanente in the community by presenting information on current health issues.

Certified nurse practitioner, Noel Lawson, received her nursing degree from the Medical College of Georgia, and went on to receive her masters in nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Prior to joining Erlanger at Volkswagen Drive, Lawson practiced at Cleveland Medical and Back Pain Management and Pain Management of Hamilton County where she specialized in short term, interventional pain management and primary care.
