Connie Fesmire, third from right, listened intently at the February Board of Trustees meeting as board members passed a resolution to name the Chest Pain Center in honor of her late husband, Dr. Francis Fesmire. The emergency physician was lauded as a nationally recognized expert in the study of heart attacks and provided 23 years of outstanding clinical and academic service to Erlanger and the UT College of Medicine Chattanooga.
